Quality Assurance
Cortek maintains a quality management system to continually improve its effectiveness, and therefore, customer satisfaction, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. The effectiveness of the quality management system is regularly monitored through the use of an internal audit program and periodic external audits.
Cortek's quality metric's program provides the means to continually evaluate performance against customer requirements and quality objectives. Immediate corrective action is initiated when an opportunity is recognized that will improve a process, or whenever higher levels of quality can be achieved. Every employee is encouraged, empowered, and rewarded for making improvements through the implementation of corrective action.
